Anita Lynn McCray

Anita Lynn Edwards McCray, a native of Denham Springs, Louisiana and a resident of Livingston, Louisiana, died Thursday, March 20, 2025 at the age of 67. She was the beloved mother of Jason McCray, Joshua McCray, and Jamie McCray. Loving grandmother of Bryce Chaney, Landon Chaney, Alexis McKinney (Ryan), Alyssa David (fiancé Samuel Montgomery), and Marisa McCray. Loving great grandmother of Colton McKinney, Ava McKinney, and Blakelynn Montgomery. Sister of Delores Ann Fontenot, Wilton Dewayne Edwards, Carlton L. Edwards (Laura) and Sister in law of Jessie and Linda Glascock.

Predeceased by parents, Ina Mildred Harrell and Daniel E. Edwards and brother Othole Daniel Edwards.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at Midway Baptist Church, Satsuma, LA on Monday, March 24, 2025 from 5PM until 8PM. The funeral service will be conducted at Midway Baptist on Tuesday, March 25 at 10AM. Interment to follow at Colyell Cemetery.
