Barbara Annette Wynn Galtier

Barbara Annette Wynn Galtier passed away on July 27, 2022, with her loving husband by her side. She was born on September 27, 1958, to the late Charles Lester Wynn and Betty Nelline Henderson Wynn. She is preceded in death by her two brothers, Robin Wynn and Eddie Nobles and two sisters Jacquelyn Huckaby and Brenda Nobles.

Barbara was a very devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She leaves behind a very devoted and loving husband, Chris Galtier. Four children; Christy Leverett(Johnny),  Matthew Tindall, Jeremy Galtier(Chanelle), Christy Galtier (Jenaro).  10 grandchildren; Kyrin Tindall, Gabriella Tindall, Braydon Leverett, Logan Leverett, Hunter Galtier, Gavin Galtier, Ainsley Galtier, Kaylee Taylor, Darrick Taylor Jr (Dorian), Jaylin Taylor. 2 great-grandchildren O’mare Tanner and Gianna Taylor.

Barbara made everyone she came in to contact with feel special and loved. She was a very caring and selfless person. She loved to cook, and she loved taking care of everyone. She loved hard and would do anything for anyone if she thought it would help them. She will be missed tremendously.

There will be a Catholic Mass at St. Isidore Catholic Church on Monday, August 8, 2022, at 10:30 am with a gathering for friends and family prior to the service from 9:30-10:30. Following the mass there will be a reception with Jambalaya donated by The Knights of Columbus Council 4085 on church grounds. Arrangements are being handled by Church Funeral Services.
