Betty Epting Gullett

Betty Epting Gullett, 85, passed away in her home on August 10, 2021. A native of MS, she lived in Sorrento, LA for the past 46 years. Betty is survived by her husband of 65 years, Rev. Eugene Gullett; daughter Norma Thurston and husband Dale; son Gregory Gullett and wife Denise; daughter Lisa Volentine and husband Kerry; grandchildren Michelle Thurston Cox and husband Adam, Sean Beasley, Joan Gullett and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Allison Beasley. Funeral service will be held at 11 am Monday at Sorrento Baptist Church, visitation will begin at 9 am.
