Carolyn Duncan

Carolyn Pappas Duncan, 83, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, March 12, 2018 at a Geismar, Louisiana hospital. Mrs. Duncan was born August 16, 1934 in Texarkana, Texas. She was retired from J. C. Penny’s and a member of Williams Memorial United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack D. Duncan, in 2004. Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Duncan of Carrollton, Texas and Jerry Duncan of Texarkana, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Ed Gaughan of Geismar, Louisiana; three granddaughters, Meredith, Jenna and Kenzie; one grandson-in-law, Billy; two great-grandchildren, Gavin and Charlotte; a number of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of a Gonzales, Louisiana funeral home.
