Cary Mcconnell Dougherty Iii “Beau”

Cary McConnell Dougherty III “Beau” passed away at his home in Memphis, TN at the age of 44. He was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Patricia Skyring Dougherty (Mendes) and Cary McConnell Dougherty Jr. He was a compassionate and sensitive soul. He found solace in being in nature. He loved music, being in the woods, playing on the beach, and hiking in the mountains. He loved animals and his family. He was a creative artist, craftsman, and outdoorsman. Making gifts for his family and friends brought him great joy. Beau faced many struggles and hardships but he never gave up. He was funny and kind and his laughter will never leave us. We will miss him and none of us will be the same without him. “If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever” A private funeral service will be held for his family.
