Charles Braud

It is the saddest regret that we announce the death of Charles R. Braud (LuLu) on December 7, 2021. Lulu was born in Baton Rouge, LA on February 2, 1954. He was a resident of Gonzales, LA. Lulu attended Glenn Oaks High School.

He is survived by brothers: John and Steven Braud. Survived by mother Edith Braud. Survived by loving wife of 48 years, Ann. Survived by Children David Braud, Crystal Leblanc, Son in law Jason Leblanc. Survived by grandchildren Izaac Delaughter, Davron Leblanc, and Bayleigh Leblanc. Preceded in death by father Huey Braud, siblings Paula Guzzardo, and Gary Braud.

He was a loving father, grandfather, son, uncle, and friend. He will be truly missed.

A ceremony celebrating the life of Charles, will be 11 am Tuesday December 14, 2021, at The Church International, St Amant. Visitation will begin at 9 am, interment to follow at Coronerview Cemetery.
