Charlyn Ann Martin Stablier, a native of Baton Rouge, La was called to her eternal home on September 9, 2021. Charlyn was a follower of Jesus Christ, a devoted wife, a beloved mother, an adoring grandmother, a caring sister, a loving daughter, and a friend to everyone. She left us abruptly, but her laugh, her warmth, her wisdom, traditions, and the love she had for her family will continue. She worked hard until the very end and made a difference in so many lives. Charlyn always surpassed expectations that were set before her but would like to let you know that her work here is now complete. Charlyn is survived by her husband of 41 years John Stablier; her children Jonathan Stablier (Aimee), Joseph Stablier (Stephenie), Kristina Evans (Tony), Jaclyn Stablier; 6 grandchildren, Aiden Stablier, Levi Stablier, Stephen Stablier, Jasper Stablier, Parker Evans and Presleigh Evans; mother, Audrey Martin, sisters Kelly Martin and Mimi Lambert. Preceded in death by her father, Charles Martin. Visitation will take place at 11:30 am on October 2, 2021, at Victory Harvest Church, 3953 N. Flannery Rd., Baton Rouge, La, followed by a service at 1:00 pm.
