Clarence Paul Villar Sr

A ceremony celebrating the life of Clarence Paul Villar Sr., will be held on Wednesday December 13, 2023, at Full Gospel Lighthouse Church, 4468 Causey Road, Prairieville, visitation will begin at 9 am until time of service at 11 am. Interment will follow at Galvez Community Cemetery.

Mr. Villar was born on January 16, 1938, in Brignac, LA and departed from this life in Baton Rouge on December 10, 2023, at the age of 85 years.

He was a retired Millwright, a resident of Prairieville, and served with the U S Air Force. He enjoyed horses and his greatest passion was time spent with family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife Shirley, daughter Paula, parents Vick and Eva Stevens Villar, siblings Agnus, Mable, Maude, Hazel, and Clyde.

Survivors include his children Martha Posada (Jorge), Letreta Wilbert (Leslie), Sarita Craig (Tommy), Paul Villar Jr., and Nicky Villar (Danielle), also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, host of other relatives and friends.
