Clyde James Babin

Clyde James “Jim” Babin was born in Duplessis, LA on September 4, 1943 and went home to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at the age of 80. He was retired from Shell Chemical in Geismar. He loved riding motorcycles, fishing and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 56 years Sandra “Sandy” Kay Babin; his 2 daughters, Brandi Paxton (Ken) and Tania Sanders (Tommie); 4 grandchildren, Christina “Brooke” Kramer (Mitch), Nick Landry (Rebekah), Kyland Paxton, and Logan Hue; 2 great-grandchildren, Sydney and Sadie Kramer; 1 brother Tommy Babin (Gwen) and 1 sister Joyce Devaux (John). He was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys Wilzbach; father, Ray Babin; 2 sisters, Agnes Keller and Marie Bourque, and a grandson Christopher Allen Landry.
