Constance "Connie" Blank Gueret

It is with great sadness that the family of Constance “Connie” Blank Gueret announce her peaceful passing on Saturday October 28, 2023, at the age of 74.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 46 years, Henry Gueret Jr; children: Nicole (Dwayne) Cormier, Jeremy Gueret, Holly (Casey) Allen; grandchildren: Malaya, Colby, Casey Jr, Gage, Cain, Ethan and Miley; great-grandchildren: Colton, Nash, Willow and Bre. Siblings: Glynn Jr (Selina), Raymond (Nancy), Wayne (Troy), Keith, Timothy (Gwen S), Florence, Gwendolyn and Bradley (Dara) Blank; Sister-in-Law: Mary Miller; as well as numerous relatives and friends. She will be dearly missed by her friends at Azalea Estates.

She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Mary Grace Parent; father, Glynn “T-Boy” Blank, Sr. Mother-in-Law Inez Trosclair Gueret and Sister-in-Law Carol Gueret Brignac.

She was born in New Orleans, grew up in Gramercy and a resident of Reserve, St. Amant, Pine Grove and Gonzales. She loved holidays, especially Mardi Gras, making crafts and was an excellent gift giver. She had great memories of the students and staff of St. Peter’s School and St. John the Baptist School Board.

Celebration of Life Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 11:00am at St Anne Catholic Church, 7348 Main St, Sorrento, LA 70778. Public visitation will be held from 8:00am until 10:45am at the church.
