Cory J. Rowe

A ceremony celebrating the life of Cory Jason Rowe will be at 1 pm Saturday at Graceworks Church, 16131 Hwy 44, Prairieville; visitation begins at 11 am.Cory was born in Baton Rouge on September 16, 1981 and departed from this life on November 11, 2018 at the age of 37 years.He was a resident of Prairieville, a graduate of Parkview Baptist School and Louisiana State University where he was a member of “Pike” Pi Kappa Alpha. He was a lifelong avid fan of LSU sports; and a devoted Christian attending Graceworks Church. Cory had a love for people and will always be remembered as having a heart of gold. He is preceded in death by his grandparents J D and Joyce Broussard Kinchen and Oscar F. Sr and Elma Callicott Rowe, uncle Oscar F. Rowe Jr; aunt LaVera Sue Rowe Falanga.Survivors include his parents Donald N. and Susan Kinchen Rowe; three sons Taylor, Ashton and Peyton; brother Jeremy and wife Ashley Wilks Rowe and their children Harlee, Skye and Christian; uncles and aunts Brent and Susan Kinchen, Brian and Lynne Kinchen; also survived by other relatives and friends.
