Cynthia S. “Cindy” Vance

Cynthia S. “Cindy” Vance, 57, born on June 4, 1965 to the late Patty Cullison and Thomas Cullison made her way to heaven on August 23, 2022 at her home in Louisiana. She was also preceded in death by her brother Mark Cullison. Surviving are her two children Breanna Pingle of Fostoria and Zachary Pingle of Fostoria. She is also survived by her three grandchildren Braylon Pullom (10), Skylar George (4) and Noelle Pingle (4). She is also survived by one sister, Deborah Dodge of Fostoria. Cindy loved and cared about her family deeply and she always meant well. She always checked on her children and grandchildren. They were her pride and joy. Please keep her children and grandchildren in your thoughts and prayers.
