Danny Joe passed away at 6:35 in the morning on October 23, 2022, in the Butterfly Wing at the Baton Rouge General Hospital. Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana
He is preceded in death by his loving parents Augustine and Ollie Mae Griggs, and his brothers Donnie Mills, & Ranny Griggs.
He is survived by sister Teleha Coolman, and family. Brother, Ronnie Griggs and family.
Sisters in law Theresa Mills and family, as well as Catherine Griggs and family.
Danny Joe was a jack of all trades. He was a machinist, welder, fitter, and painter among many other things in his life. He loved and was loved by all of his family.
Services will be held at Pine Grove Baptist Church 21949 hwy 444 Livingston Louisiana 70754 on October 28 2022. Viewing will start at 9 am with services at 11:00 followed by interment at Pine Grove Baptist Church’s cemetery.
