David Brent Richard

David Brent Richard, born December 4, 1954, in Opelousas, LA, passed away on January 2, 2024, in Baton Rouge at the age of 69.  David loved spending time with his family and his dogs.  He enjoyed all things outdoors including hunting, fishing, and his garden.  David is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Robbie Richard; children, Dustin, April, Brent (Samantha); grandchildren, Danielle, Ellianna, David; sister, Paula; beloved dogs, Deeken, Galaxy, Piper, Gumbeaux, Scout, and Abby.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Levi and Bertha ”Sal” Richard.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
