Dianne S. Chauvin

Dianne S. Chauvin a resident of Vacherie, LA passed on March 27, 2021 at the age of 69. Dianne loved to cook and spend her time surrounded by family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend to all who knew her.

Dianne is survived by her husband Wayne J. Chauvin, her daughter Jennifer C. Becnel, and her son in law Gus Becnel. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Alexis L. Becnel, Austin J. Becnel (Madison), Tate A. Morvant (Madison), Ashton J. Becnel. Her great grandchildren Hayden Claire Becnel and Miley Rose Becnel. Her siblings Patsy (Perry) Falgoust, Linda (Gene) Falgoust, and Art (Margeret) Simon. Her mother and father-in-law Kathleen and Raymond Chauvin. Also, her sibling in laws: Raymond Jr. (Jane) Chauvin, Dickie (Bobbie) Chauvin, Debbie (Sidney) Borne, Tuttie (J.J.) Hubbell, Glenda (Harold) Rodrigue, Rhonda (Carl) Strube. Her god children Ken Falgoust, Cory Borne, and Tiffany Blanchard. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents Arthur P. Simon Sr. and Cecile M. Simon. As well as her brother-in-law David Chauvin.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday March 31, 2021 beginning at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Vacherie, Louisiana.
