Dotty Heath Simmons
Dotty Heath Simmons, a resident of Prairieville, passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 79.
Dotty was a loving wife, mother, Mimi, sister, and friend.
She is survived by her husband W.D. Simmons and her children, Bonnie Lessard, John Lessard (Debbie), Mike Lessard (Tracy), Heath Trabeaux and Elizabeth Cassigne, She is also survived by her Grandchildren Shane Hebert, Ashton Barker (Patrick), Micha Lessard, Jake Hebert (Briana), Taylor Trabeaux, Bristol Hurst, Logan Hurst, Jessica Frieson (Daniel), Jonathan Mock (Emily), and Joshua Loper and great grandchildren Sawyer, Les, Anthony, Bexley, Halle, Rebekah, Daniel, and Rhett. Dottie is also survived by sisters, Kay Truxillo and Genie Hoover and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by parents, Harry and Hilda Heath, and brother Sidney Heath.
A celebration of life will be held at Little Prairie Baptist Church, located at 40497 Highway 42 Prairieville LA 70769 on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at 11:00 AM.
