Dr. Robert W. (Dr. Bob) Mcluckie

Dr. Robert W. (Dr. Bob) McLuckie, age 90, of Livingston, LA passed away after a short illness on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospice.  He was born in Zion, IL on May 26, 1931 to Andrew and Louise (Lewis) McLuckie.  He served his country in the Air Force during the Korean War.  Dr. Bob became a Chiropractor in 1969 and practiced many years in Michigan before settling in Livingston 21 years ago.  Dr. Bob loved all his patients and had a wonderful office staff that he appreciated with all his heart.  He enjoyed talking to anyone and everyone about Chiropractic.  He was a licensed pilot and loved flying, sailing, metal detecting and reading.  He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Ann (St. Germain) McLuckie; his brother Donald McLuckie, and his parents.  He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters; Lynn (Tim) Simpson; Susan (Paul) Beatty; Robin (Mike) Willetts; and Linda (Ray) Richards; his brother James (Donna) McLuckie; sister Carol Becker; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.  A military service will be held in Michigan at a later date.
