Guy Sedlak, Iii

Guy Sedlak III, was born  on April 20, 1967 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to the union of Guy Sedlak II and the late Sally VanAntwerp Lewis and passed from this life on February 7, 2021 at his residence. He worked in Insurance Sales and was also a Certified Chef; he had a lifelong love of cooking, traveling to the Florida Keys, diving, and spending time with family and friends. Certainly, enjoyed his favorite holiday Halloween. He is preceded in death by Sally VanAntwerp Lewis, William Lewis, Jack and Ethel VanAntwerp, Guy and Ella Sedlak, many other family members, and friends. Survivors include his wife of twenty-seven years Tracey Procaccini Sedlak, daughter Kaitlyn Sedlak Kimbel (Austin Kimbel), granddaughter Lucy Kimbel, father Guy Sedlak II (Lourdes Lane), sister Laura Guarro (Brian Guarro), niece Jennifer Guarro, nephews Brandon Guarro, and Jonathan Radcliffe, brother-in-law Eric Radcliffe, stepsisters Bambi Collette (Bobby) Collette, Robin Pendelton (Ronnie Pendelton), niece Randi McClure (Travis McClure), great niece and nephew Charlie and Cooper McClure. A celebration of life ceremony will be held in Ft. Lauderdale with date to be announced, pending COVID-19 restrictions. Guy’s family wishes to thank his devoted medical team, and ask for memorial donations to be made in his name to nay hospice facility.
