Thelma Rose “Boots” Davis Johnson, age 86, was born in Saginaw, MI on August 10, 1934 and went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 22, 2021 at her residence in Denham Springs, LA. She was the Owner and Operator of the Diamond J. Feed Store for ten years. She was a member of the Livingston Parish Drill Team and enjoyed hunting. Last year she shot her first deer. She is survived by one daughter, Zonia Johnson and husband Brian; two sons, David Johnson and wife Deborah and John Johnson and wife Catherine; seven grandchildren, Jeanean Johnson Bowlin and husband Marty, Michael Johnson and wife Valerie, Cody Johnson and wife Ashley, Savannah Johnson, Cameron Johnson and Jonathan Johnson; eleven great-grandchildren, Earl Bowlin, Austin Bowlin Virginia Bowlin, Colton Inman, Stella Kay Rose Johnson, Blake Bennett, Gracelyn Johnson, Liam Johnson, Rylan Beau Johnson, Cayden Johnson and Shayla Syphers; great great-grandchildren, Wyatt Syphers and Lydia Syphers; sisters, Bernice Davis Ogden and Marionne Clayton; brother, Gerald Davis.
