James Joseph Guthrie

Mr. James Joseph Guthrie (Bubby) passed away on December 10,2024 at his residence at the age of 86. James was employed for many years with Chevron & AE Com as a piping designer until retirement. James was born in New Orleans, preceded in death of parents James Paul Guthrie and Mary Dorothy Navarre Guthrie. Beloved husband of Suzanne Dumas Guthrie. Survived by his children Deborah Guthrie Hymel, Wendy Guthrie Powers, Michael Guthrie (wife: Kelly Theriot Guthrie) and Tracie Guthrie Mincks (husband: Shayne Mincks) preceded in death by David Guthrie, survived by15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by sister Barbara Guthrie Schlicher, survived by sisters Carol Guthrie Daigle (husband: Roger Daigle), Lynn Guthrie Greco and Susan Guthrie Buckley (husband: Patrick Buckley).
