James “Jimmy” Pierce Jr.
A ceremony celebrating the life of James “Jimmy” Pierce Jr., will be held on Tuesday February 8, 2022, at 11 am at The Church International, visitation will begin at 10 am.
He was born on September 9, 1950, and passed from this life on February 1, 22, at The Carpenter House Baton Rouge.
He was a resident of St. Amant, retired truck driver, past co-owner of Airline Pawn Shop, Baton Rouge, served as a Merchant Marines; he enjoyed social time spent with his friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents James Sr., and Thanie Paterson Pierce.
Survivors include his sons James “Trey” Pierce III, and Beau Pierce; sisters Rhonda, and Nancy; grandchildren Dillion, Carl, and Kaitlyn, also survived by other relatives and friends.
