James Darrel Saizon

James Darrel Saizon, age 69 years of Grosse Tete, entered into eternal rest on February 4, 2025, after a short battle with cancer. 

He is survived by his son, “Duck” Saizon; grandchildren, Gage Jarreau, Cullen Arnold (Kaitlin Genusa), Sarah Belle Saizon, and Cassie Arnold; great-granddaughter, River Leigh Arnold; siblings, Tammie Hoffman, Darlene Hughes, Sue Starns, Mark Saizon and Tara David. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his daughter, Farrah Saizon Arnold; parents, Frank and Barbara Bossier Saizon, and niece, Kaitlin David.

James worked for many years as an electrician for Westgate I&E at Dow Chemical in Plaquemine. He loved spending time with his family and his friends. He was very fond of western wear, horse riding, and spending time at the point on Grand River. No services will be held.
