Jeremy Scott Hebert

Jeremy Scott "Phat" Hebert, a native of Baton Rouge, LA and a resident of Denham Springs, LA, died Thursday, December 5, 2024 at the age of 35. He is the loving father of Airyana Hebert, Jeremy James and Kirk Hebert, III. He is also survived by his mother, Robin Prine; father, Kirk Hebert, Sr.; sister, Sarah Prine; brother, Stephen Hebert, Sr.; and a host of aunts uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his brother, Kirk Wayne Hebert, Jr.

Jeremy loved music, singing, dancing, cooking, playing video games, and especially spending time with his children. He never met a stranger and always brought a smile unto others.
