Jessie Roundtree

Jessie Roundtree, born in Ruston, LA on March 10th, 1956, went home on February 12th, 2021. He was called Uncle Fester by his nieces and nephews. He was 64 years old. He worked at Ethan Allen Grand Gallery for 8 years and loved to build his own stuff. His kindness and generosity were memorable and noteworthy. He is survived by two brothers, Bobby (Virginia) and Archie (Darla) Roundtree; two sisters, Wanda Fitzgerald and Linda Jones; and half brother, Barry Roundtree (Carrie). He is also survived by a host of numerous nieces and nephews. Jessie is preceded in death by his father, Archie Roundtree Sr.; mother, Thesel Jesse Roundtree; sister, Marylin Byrd; 4 nephews, 1 niece, and 3 brothers-in-law. Pallbearers include Andy Fitzgerald Jr, Raybon Ward, Austin Miller, Gregory Coghlan, Tyler Guidry, and Rusty Hollingston. A graveside service will be held at ‘The New’ church cemetery in Holden  29050 George White Rd on Tuesday, February 23rd at 11:00 AM.
