Mr. Wunstel was born in Baton Rouge on February 16, 1948 and departed from this life at his residence on May 21, 2019 at the age of 71 years. He was born to the union of Fulton Joseph and Mamie Elizabeth White Wunstel in Baton Rouge. He was a resident of Livingston and served with the United States Marines during the Vietnam Conflict.
