Joan Marie Ragan

Joan Marie Ragan, age 69, peacefully passed away at her home surrounded by family and friends on Thursday, May 4, 2023. She was born on August 30, 1953, to Joseph E Lisenbee, Jr and Carlin Talbot Lisenbee in Baton Rouge. She was a resident of Denham Springs for 38 years and attended Glen Oaks High School. Joan was the secretary at Mo-Dad Companies for about 18 years. She enjoyed dancing and karaoke with her family and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at 11:30 am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 865 Hatchell Lane, Denham Springs with Fr. Taylor as Celebrant. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, from 9:00am until 11:30am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denham Springs. She is survived by her son, Ronald Keith Pence Jr. wife Brandy L Pence; sister, Marsha James; grandchildren, Blayne Pence, Kamryn Pence, Layton Pence; step-grandchildren, Blaze Hernandez, Peyton Olinde; step great-grandchildren, Malachi Hernandez and Aria Hernandez; nephew, Stephen James and wife Heather James; great nephews, Stephen James Jr., Jaden James, Hudson James. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gary M Lisenbee. The family would also like to thank Bridgeway Hospice for all the care given in Joan’s final days. Donations for enrollment of Masses may be made at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
