John Bailey

John Bailey, age 58, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at his residence. A native of Mississippi and a resident of Vacherie for the past 15 years. He worked for Brown and Root in St. James Parish and BOH Brothers Mill where they did roads. He loved to fish and spend time with family and friends. His weekends were spent packing a lunch to camp. He is survived by his mother, Jeanette Rager of Vacherie; sister, Rita Hallman; half-brothers, Albert Rager; half-sister, Cynthia Jeanette Rulette. He was preceded in death by his sister, Theressa Wolf.  In lieu of flowers, the family of John, request that memorial gifts be considered so they may honor his life and memory.
