Joseph Patrick “Pat” Foret

Joseph Patrick Foret passed away peacefully on March 10, 2021. He was a native of Dulac and resided in Houma. His life career was a tugboat captain and commercial fisherman. He was a member of Bayou blue Assembly of God. He enjoyed spending his time on the water and hunting, as well as spending time with his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by daughter Chris Foret Pitre , husband Kelly Pitre , and their children Gaige,  Carson, Adrien, and Kellyn. One son Joseph Foret, Jr. and two kids Joseph Paul and Michael , and other daughter Tina Foret-Harris and two kids Matthew and Tamara.  His brothers Morris Foret, Jr. (Ethel), Randy Foret (Tanya), and sisters Mary Foret Billiot, Patricia Foret Babin (Ernest), and Clarissa Foret Johansen. He was preceded in death by his mother Antoinette Della Verdin Foret and his father Morris Foret, Sr., and brothers John Arthur Foret  and Mark Foret.
