Justin H. Sachse Sr

Justin Harvey Sachse, 43, passed away unexpectedly following a brief illness on March 8, 2025, in Denham Springs, Louisiana. Born on April 29, 1981, in Baton Rouge, Justin was a graduate of Central High School.

Justin was a true friend to everyone he met. He was always willing to stop and help someone who had broken down on the side of the road or anyone just needing an encouraging word. His biggest trial in life was the passing of his beloved wife, Brittany. Justin soon found comfort through his faith, regularly participating in online Bible studies. He devoted his time to raising his son, “Bonzo.”

Justin is survived by his son, Justin Harvey Sachse, Jr.; parents, Jed and Cindy Sachse; and sister, Dr. Murphy Sachse. He is also remembered by his aunts and uncles: Jack Sachse (Gina), Jeff Sachse (Judy), Darryl Murphy (Tammy), Robin Waller (Randall), and Mona Guidry; as well as cousins, Lauren Perere, Mattie Sachse, Alex Waller (Crystal), Alexa Sachse, Jennifer Clarke, and Brian Pierce. His faithful canine companions, Roscoe and Cooper, will miss him greatly.

Justin was preceded in death by his wife, Brittany Savoie Sachse, grandparents Loyd and Claudia Murphy and Helen Sachse; great-grandparents Harvey and Donice Curtin, and Charley and Estelle Murphy; a cousin, Jon Sachse, uncles and aunts, Harvey “Buddy” and Ethlyn Curtin, Mabel “Poochie” Curtin, Ida and Howard Ramer, and T.J. and Maggie Campbell.

A memorial service will be held on March 19, 2025, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, located at 6213 Groom Road in Baker, Louisiana. Visitation will take place from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service, conducted by Rev. Mike Davis.
