Karen J. Pendleton

Karen Jean Pendleton, 61, passed away on the 12th of December 2018, at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge due to complications of leukemia. She was born on April 30, 1957 in New Orleans, the second child of Dr. Ronald K. Tischler and his wife, Jean. She spent most of her youth in Alexandria, LA and then worked for the remainder of her life as a Registered Nurse in Baton Rouge. Though she is at rest now, her family will always remember her as the loving pillar that supported their household though both good times and bad. In accordance with her wishes, she was commemorated in a private family service. She is survived by her husband, David, and her two sons, Daniel and Todd, her elder brother, Ronald “Ken” Tischler, her younger sister, Kathy, and her younger brothers, Kevin, Kirk, and Karl.
