Kathleen Marie LeBlanc, 75, of St. Amant passed away peacefully on September 24, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Kathleen lived a life filled with love, compassion, and deep devotion to those she cherished. Kathleen was married to her beloved husband, Lynn LeBlanc, for 53 wonderful years. Together, they built a life rooted in faith, family, and love.
She was a proud mother to two children, Jeff LeBlanc (Robyn) and Keli Freeman (Tony), and a devoted grandmother to her three grandchildren, Ella, Eli, and Emma, all of whom brought her immense joy. Kathleen is also survived by her sister, Theresa Neyland (Chuck) and numerous nieces and nephews.
A faithful Catholic, Kathleen’s nurturing spirit touched all who knew her. She had a profound love for animals, a gentle hand with plants, and a creative touch with crocheting, always crafting gifts filled with warmth. Kathleen was also an avid reader, and her love of stories provided her with quiet comfort throughout her life.
She is preceded in death by her mother Audrey Berthelot Hernandez, father Robert “Bob” Hernandez, sister Marilyn Bourque, and brothers Jackie and Bobby Hernandez.
Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Friday, September 27 from 9:00 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in her honor to the Alzheimer’s Association
