Kathleen (Nana) Louise Brown Nixon

Kathleen was born in Los Angeles, CA on March 26, 1939, and passed from this life on June 6, 2022. She graduated from Hollywood High School and studied for a few years at UCLA and then married David Nixon. The family then spent many years working around the world. In 1986 she returned to college and graduated in 1987 from the University of New Haven in CT. After she graduated, she worked at Hewlett Packard and then Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, where she retired.

Kathleen is preceded in death by her parents Mildred Francis Brown (Ellsworth Molder) and Ralph L Brown (Karen Brown).

She is survived by her two daughters Anna Nixon and Katie Bordelon (Matt Bordelon), her brothers Ralph Brown and Larry Brown and sister Olivia Brown. She had 6 grandchildren: Aliam Jurenka, Michael Bordelon, Rebecca Bordelon, Laura Bordelon, Veronica Bordelon and Eddie Bordelon (Randi Jo), and 7 great grandchildren.
