“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” Psalm 147:3
Our angel on Earth, Kayla Dianne Roberts Williams, age 38, born October 4, 1986, went to her Heavenly home on January 15, 2025. She was a resident of Denham Springs, LA. Kayla’s life was spent making others happy, especially her three beautiful “princess” daughters, as she liked to call them. Raylee, Charlee, and Haislee were the lights of her life, and she lived to make them feel loved and cherished. Through the years, Kayla had a way of making every life she touched feel loved and accepted. She was full of compassion for others, always considering others’ needs over her own. She made beautiful, lasting memories with her sisters, Lacey and Paige, who were her best friends. Her vibrant smile and boisterous, contagious laugh could fill a room with joy. Kayla was a survivor. She fought many battles with strength and humility that truly deserved recognition and honor. She was a beautiful soul who will forever be missed in this life by those who knew and loved her.
Kayla is survived by her three daughters, Raylee, Charlee, and Haislee; parents, Ronald and Chris Roberts, and mother, Terri Sinclair, Michelle and Chad Lott; grandparents, Homer Carroll Johnston (Loretta Randolph); sisters, Lacey Roberts (Kayla’s twin), Paige Minton, Taelor Davis, Hillary, Lindsey, and Mallory Johnson; brothers, Keith Minton (Felicia), Tadd and Tyler Davis, uncles, Keith Johnston (Kristen), and Steve Roberts; aunt, Patricia Bourgeois (Flip) and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Kayla is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents whom she dearly loved, Robert N. “Bob” Roberts and Frances Yvonne Roberts, and maternal grandmother Ruthe Gayle Weekley.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Christ’s Community Church at 26574 Juban Rd. Denham Springs, LA 70726 on Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 11 a.m. with the celebration of life service at 1 p.m. “Tell me, what does it look like in Heaven? Is it peaceful? Is it free like they say? Does the sun shine bright forever? Have your fear and your pain gone away?”- Dani and Lizzy
