Kirkland Dion Bova “Foots”

Passed away on July 11,2020 at Our Lady of the Lake Medical Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was born to the late James C. Bova & Blanche Juanita White-Bova on October 1,1962 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He attended Istrouma High School and became a Brick Layer for many years. He was well known for his smile and sense of humor. He leaves to cherish his memories four children, Violetta Harrison-Gibson (Charles), Robin Myles, Kalyca Bynum (Jimmy) all of Baton Rouge, LA; one son, Robert Myles Sr. (Sarah) of Newport New, VA; one brother, Kevin Bova (Natasha) of Baton Rouge, LA; two aunts, Elaine York and Teresa O’Quin (Monroe) both of Houston, TX; two Godchildren, Kirkland D. Bova (nephew) of Baton Rouge, LA and Erika Ellois of Humble, TS; his fiancé, Leslie Overby; a devoted friend, Shelia Bova Myles; 17 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was proceeded in death by his parents; grandparents Joseph Carl Sr. & Celestine White; two uncles, Clarence Celestine and Joseph Carl White Jr.; three aunts, Ruth Brown, Dorothy Provo and Ida Brisco; and one cousin, Mary Ann Boveland.
