Larry Mitchell Lejeune, Sr.

A gathering celebrating the life of Larry Mitchell LeJeune, Sr., will be held on Saturday January 15, 2022, at Carpenter’s Chapel United Methodist Church, 41181 LA Highway 933, Prairieville; 2 pm until 6 pm.Mr. LeJeune was born in Plaquemine, LA on September 6, 1956, and passed from this life at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Friday December 10, 2021, at the age of 65 years.He was a resident of Prairieville, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding motorcycles, and attending live concerts. He was an avid fan of LSU Tigers, New Orleans Saints, and Miami Dolphins.He was preceded by his parents Daniel LeJeune Sr., and Olida Collins LeJeune; siblings Daniel LeJeune Jr., Gerald LeJeune, and Barbara Rafflee.Survivors include his wife Becky LeJeune, children Jason LeJeune (Raelynn), and Larry LeJeune Jr., (Amy), siblings Stanley LeJeune, Betty Cannella, Janette Watford, Billy Bolyer, and Kathy Smith; also survived by six grandchildren, one great grandchild, and “Pearl” his canine companion.
