Matthew Joshua Sarvis was born on September 8, 1988 and passed away on February 24, 2021 at the age of 32 years. He is survived by his daughter, Aubrie Nicole Sarvis; father, Samuel J. Sarvis, III; mother, Cindy M. Sarvis; brother, Samuel Cross-Sarvis; grandfather, Samuel J. Sarvis; and grandmother, Virginia Rose LeBlanc. He is preceded in death by grandmother, Rudyette Sarvis; and grandfather, Warren M. LeBlanc.
