Pamela Gilmore

Pam Gilmore, 62, loving daughter and mother, passed away suddenly at her home on February 25, 2022. She is now in the presence of her heavenly Father and worshiping at His feet.

Born Pamela Gwen Fontenot in Stuttgart, Germany on June 27, 1959, she is predeceased by her husband of 32 years, David Gilmore. Pam is lovingly remembered by her mother, Rose Fontenot; children, James Tillman (Courtney), Jacquelynn Norton (Nick), Alice Gilmore, Latrice Ford(Robert, Jr.), and William Gilmore; siblings, Melissa Dykes, Dante Fontenot (Lynda), and Sean Fontenot (Jennifer); and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Pam was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and was an active member of Lanier Baptist Church, where she was involved in Women on Mission. She was also very proud to be a member of Women Veterans of Louisiana.

Visitation will be at Lanier Baptist Church, 4851 Lanier Drive, Baton Rouge, La. on Thursday, March 3, 2022 10am until the funeral begins at 12pm. A private burial will follow at a later date. Thank you to all our friends and family for your prayers and condolences.
