Rhonda was born on October 27, 1955 in Minden, LA to the union of the late Roderick and Mary Ellen Moss Hodges; and passed from this life on Friday morning August 7, 2020 at the age of 64 years. She died at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Prince William County. She was a resident of Woodbridge, Virginia and was employed with KCK since 2017, and had provided exceptional services to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency years prior. She is survived by her brothers James Hodges and Jacob Hodges; also survived by nieces and nephews.
