Ronnie “Tator” Gautreau, born on November 9, 1952 in New Orleans, LA, passed away surrounded by family and friends on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the age of 65. Ronnie will be remembered by those who loved him for having a passion and desire to help and serve others. He was a proud member of the Healing Place Cooking for Christ team where he was able to serve and minister to his community. Ronnie is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Sharon Gautreau; his three children, Amanda Martin and husband Seth, Dana Gautreau, and Beau Gautreau and wife Tracy; and his seven grandchildren, Brianna Goodrich, Brad Goodrich II, Ashton Goodrich, Christian Gautreau, Landon Gautreau, Hunter Gautreau, and Madison Gautreau, along with mother-in-law, Ollie Pepper. He is preceded in death by his parents, Huey “John” Gautreau and Ruby Gautreau, and father-in-law, Lewis Pepper. Visitation will be held at Healing Place Church Annex Building in Baton Rouge, LA on Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 9 am until funeral services at 11 am.
