Samuel Lacarbo

On Friday, December 11, 2020, Samuel Joseph LaCarbo, age 82, loving husband, father and brother passed peacefully away in his home surrounded by loved ones. 

Samuel was born on February 13, 1938 in Lutcher, LA to Peter and Mary LaCarbo.  He worked at Woodfin-Smith Pontiac for 43 years.  On January 3, 1959, he married Katie M Rousseau.  They raised two sons and four daughters.  Samuel loved being outdoors and working in the yard.  He also loved everything and anything Elvis Presley. 

Samuel was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Mary, Brothers and Sisters.  He is survived by his wife, Katie LaCarbo; his children, Sheila and Junior Aydell, Yvette Anderson, Shane LaCarbo and Sherry Darr, Sharmaine Eastin, Stephanie and Chris Reed; his grandchildren, Dusty and Denee Aydell, Abby Aydell, Hilary and Freddie Hoover, Ashley Aydell, Shaina LaCarbo, Ryan Eastin, Reid Eastin, Sean Eastin, Daiton Reed; his great grandchildren, Camden Aydell, Cason Aydell, Kendall Hoover; and his brother Richard LaCarbo. 

Family and Friends are invited to attend the mass and Christian burial on Monday, December 14, 2020, 12:30 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in French Settlement, LA.  Face Covering/Mask are required in the Church.  Interment to follow at St. Williams Cemetery in Port Vincent, LA.
