Samuel Ray Woods

Memorial service celebrating the life of Samuel Ray Woods will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Amazing Grace Worship Center, Calhoun, LA. with Bro. Artie Beebe officiating.

 Samuel was born April 8, 1953, and passed from this life December 5, 2024, at the age of 71.

 Sam loved his camaro, doing word puzzles, and playing the lottery; most of all he will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilbern and Marion Woods; two brother, Dennis Woods and Donald Woods; nephew, Timothy Woods and Dustin Woods; niece, Brittany Brunet Jones.

 Survivors include his two sisters, Becky Wyles (Steven) and Cheryl Tripp; brothers, Timothy Woods and Ricky Woods; and caretaker like a son he never had, Michael Callender; Also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
