Shirley Faye Alise

A ceremony celebrating the life of Shirley Faye Alise will be 1 pm Saturday January 5, 2019 at The Rock Church; Blake Melancon officiating. She was born on November 13, 1935 in Marysville, CA and departed from this life at her residence, in Gonzales, on December 31, 2018 at the age of 83 years. She was a florist and was very creative with her floral arrangements. She loved having a cup of coffee and talking with friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Anthony W. Alise Sr., parents Gayman and Mabel H. Newman; brother Robert Newman, son-in-law Terry Ducote Sr., and grandson Dylan Alise. Survivors include her daughter Theresa Ducote; sons Jim Alise, Tony Alise Jr, Mike Alise and Pat Alise; sister Betty Bradbury; also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
