Stacy Dale Stringer was born on June 30, 1972 in Monroe, Louisiana and passed away in Springfield, Louisiana where he was a longtime resident. He was a talented carpenter who loved working with his hands and creating beautiful woodwork. He also had a love for Harley’s and was a free spirit who never stayed in one place long. Stacy’s loving spirit is carried on by his life-long best friend and love of his life Linda Lindsey and their 5 children, Haley, Christopher (Hanna), Jamie, Heather and Heidi, his father Roger Stringer, sisters, Robin Romero and Sabrena Ballard, brother, Trampus, and his aunt Patricia Silva(John), many nieces, nephew and friends. Stacy, known as pops, is also survived by his many grandchildren Aiden, Carter, Cecilia, Harper, Lathan, Legend, Heavenly, Krieol, Harmony, Christopher(Max), Hope and Spencer. Preceding him in death were his grandfather Cecil Hamilton(Evelyn), mom Cecilia Hamilton, Aunts Alene Griffis, Ruby Layton, Betty Smith and uncle Randall McCoy. Beyond his love for his children and grandchildren, Stacy was passionate about giving back. He was featured in the local newspaper for his volunteer work at a homeless shelter. He had many friends who he would give his last to. Stacy loved his grandchildren more than anything and would threaten to “turn green” if unable to contact them. To honor Stacy’s memory, a celebration of life will be scheduled for a later date.
