Stephen "Munch" Mushegan, a man whose spirit was as bold as his stories, passed away on February 25, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Sandra Mushegan.

Munch is survived by his loving wife, Mary Mitchell-Mushegan; his sister, Diana Rivera; his daughters, Crissy Sutcliffe and her husband Steven Sutcliffe, Emily Mushegan, and Sarah Mushegan; his stepdaughters, Chelsea Santone and her husband Shannon Santone, and Amanda Beaton. He was a proud grandfather to Frankie Santone and Milo Santone, who brought him immense joy.

Munch lived a life full of adventure, always ready with a story for every occasion. Motorcycles were his passion, and he found camaraderie among his fellow club members, who will deeply miss him. His sense of humor could light up any room, filling it with laughter and warmth. There was never a dull moment in his presence, and the void he leaves behind can never truly be filled.

Munch’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those lucky enough to have known him. Ride free, Munch—you will be dearly missed.

 A memorial service will be held at Christ Healing Community Church on Tuesday 03/11/2025 at 9am.  Address is 404 W Pine St. Gonzales, LA 70737.
