Tammy Sue Rogers

A ceremony celebrating the life of Tammy Sue Rogers will be held on Saturday June 24, 2023, with visitation at 9 am service time at 11 am, at Pentecostals of Watson Church, 34639 LA Highway 16, Watson, LA. Interment will follow at Vickers Cemetery. Tammy was born on July 30, 1965, in Independence, LA and passed away from this life on Sunday June 18, 2023, at her residence in Denham Springs. She was a homemaker, enjoyed crocheting, attended Pentecostals of Watson, and an avid fan of horror movies. Her greatest passion was the love for her husband and family. She is preceded in death by her husband Nelson Rogers, parents Benjamin Henry and Rosa Ann Hood Avants. Survivors include her brothers B H Avants Jr., Ben Lee Avants, Johnny Robert Avants, and Jimmy Wayne Avants, also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, a host of nieces and nephews.
