Tate Allen Adkins passed away on December 14, 2021 at the age of 28. Tate is survived by parents Deborah and Richard Montelius; Brothers Trent (Lainey) Adkins, Travis and Brandon (Chelsey) Montelius; Sister Brittany (Alec) Little and Logan Hall. He will be missed by dearly by his 3 nieces Cassidy, Chloe and Charlotte and nephew Braydon; Grandfather Gilbert Montelius; Great Grandmother Nan Skains; Aunts Stefanie Chason, Cindy Skains, Shannon and Francis Shaughnessy; Uncles Bentley and Frank McAnally. Preceded in death by Father Ronald Adkins; Grandparents Marilyn and Harold McAnally, Sharon and Frank Shaughnessy, FC Comeaux, Larry Adkins and Barbara Montelius; Close Cousin Lacie Paxton.
