Thomas Harold Law

Thomas Harold Law, a servant of the Lord, passed away on Saturday, Aug 31st, 2024, at the age of 89. Thomas, aka Tom, Sonny or Son, was born on July 13, 1935, in Lillie, LA to parents Theodore Lynn & Exer Taylor Law.

Thomas married Floy Anne Johnson and had 3 children. They settled in Walker, LA 56 years ago, where he worked with Millwright Local 720 until his retirement. After he retired, he enjoyed doing ‘Hot Shot’ jobs for his nephew, Mike Sibley, of Denham Springs Machine Shop. He also enjoyed working on motors and tinkering on things that did not work. Most of the time, he could get it going by rigging it up with something laying around the house or garage. He leaves a legacy as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years- Floy Anne Johnson Law, daughter- Pam (Roger) May, son- Tommy (Lisa) Law, son- Johnny (Dale) Law, sister- Sue Sibley Buratt, sister-in-law- Hona Johnson Graham and brother-in-law- C.C. (Petey) Johnson.

Grandchildren: Roger May II, Emily May, Brandi Laster, Auburn Wilson, Amber Law, Vance Law, Cody Law and Shelby Seese.

17- Great Grandchildren and 4- Great-Great Grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Theodore Lynn Law and Exer Taylor Law and sister, Eloise Law Hudson.

Pall Bearers include Roger May II, Cody Law, Vance Law, David Steudlein, Chad Wilson, Chris Seese, Nathan Graham and Mike Sibley. 

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, Sept 5th, 2024, at Revival Temple Church, with visitation beginning at 10:00am followed by the Celebration Service at 12:00pm. Burial will follow immediately at Revival Temple Cemetery. 

The family would like to thank those who have shown kindness, support, love and so many prayers during this difficult time. It will always be remembered.
