Wanda Averett

A ceremony celebrating the life of Wanda Averett will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Hebron Baptist Church, 24063 LA 16, Denham Springs, LA 70726. Visitation will begin at 10:00am until time of service at 1:00pm.Wanda was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to everyone she met. She passed away Monday, November 19, 2018. She was 70 years old. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Raymond “Boo” Averett, father Carbert B. Duplessis, step father Billy Van, sister Becky Kiper, and nephew Marshall Duplessis.Survivors include her mother Doris Lanoux Van, daughter Vanette Hearnsberger and husband Charles, son Lonnie Averett, brothers Barry Duplessis and wife Diane, Jimmy Duplessis and wife Joy, grandchildren Blake Averett, McKenzie and Avery Hearnsberger, numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. She will be loved and remembered always.
