Warren Elliot Beemer
Warren Elliot Beemer, 52, a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and resident of San Antonio, Texas, passed away April 1, 2022. Pastor Warren is survived by his wife Faith, daughters Susie, Katie, and son Maxamos, Mother Frances Beemer, two brothers Hugh Beemer (wife Karissa) and Richard Beemer, (wife Debbie) and numerous nephews and nieces. Pastor Warren was preceded in death by his father, Arthur H. Beemer Jr.
Pastor Warren was a 1988 graduate of Family Christian Academy. He was the former youth pastor of Family Worship Center, Corner Stone Church, and lead pastor of Healing Place Church, San Antonio. Pastor Warren was a loving husband, dad, friend, and a fun, sometimes crazy, dynamic mentor, not to mention an avid, lifelong LSU fan and supporter! He was a Jesus loving servant of the Kingdom. He was the founder of Dream Center San Antonio, where he fed, clothed, and provided family care for thousands of homeless and needy in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. Pastor Warren served on the mayor’s Civic and Prayer Council for the city of San Antonio and was active in serving the greater San Antonio area’s addicted and abused men, women, and children. Pastor Warren traveled worldwide and preached the Gospel to thousands. He worked tirelessly to see that all knew the love of his Savior, Jesus Christ, so that they may have eternal life through Him. Pastor Warren also mentored hundreds of pastors in ministry and helped start churches worldwide. Pastor Warren’s legacy will live on, as will our memory of the kisses he placed on many heads, and his whispers of “I love you”. As Pastor Warren always said…….” It’s a Good Day”. A ceremony celebrating the life of Pastor Warren will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday at Healing Place Church, 19202 Highland Road, Baton Rouge, visitation will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park Cemetery.
