William “Billy” Russell

William “Billy” Russell was born April 21,1981.  He passed away unexpectedly on September 8, 2021, and was welcomed into the arms of the Lord Our Father.  He was a loving father, husband, son, brother, and friend.  Billy was a dedicated Ironworker, and active in the Recovery Ministry.  He loved the Lord with all his heart, as well as his family.  Billy left behind his wife Alicia Rusell, son Samuel Russell, mother Sharon Russell, brother Matthew Russell, step-son Matthew Ramagos Jr., and all his family and friends.  He was preceded in death by his father Lloyd Russell Jr., brother David P. Jackson, grandmother Bettie Culpepper, and grandmother Rita Bryant.  His Celebration of Life will be held at Encounter Church at 2:00pm located at 12112 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, La 70815.
